Nut Milks * Spreads * Raw Cheeses

With the addition of blender and food processor, or, a blender-food processor combo, delicious and nutritious, package and preservative-free, plant milks, nut butters and raw cheeses become simple and quick as well as cheap to make at home.  

To begin, stock up on washable cheesecloth as well as a dozen different size lidded-glass bottles and jars. Once a couple of batches are tried and tested, adjusted to taste, ‘store-brought’ packaged, preservative-ladened highly processes products will be stuck off the shopping list for good.
